🎄 Shipping Policy – Sleighski

Thank you for choosing Sleighski! Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

📦 How your order is made and shipped
Every Sleighski is made to order for this winter season, so we can guarantee delivery instead of guessing at it. When you order, your sled is reserved from the current production run and you'll receive a confirmation email right away. Shipping begins on November 25 from our US warehouse, in the order the orders were received. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the moment yours leaves.

🚚 Delivery times

  • United States: 3 to 5 business days from the day it ships.
  • Canada: 5 to 8 business days from the day it ships.
  • United Kingdom and Switzerland: 6 to 10 business days from the day it ships.

Delivery times can vary slightly with courier delays, weather (it's a snow product, after all) or customs clearance. Remote areas may take a little longer.

🎅 Guaranteed before Christmas
Orders placed by December 12 are guaranteed to arrive by December 22 in the United States. Guaranteed dates for Canada, the UK and Switzerland are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. If your Sleighski arrives after the date on your confirmation email, we refund your shipping cost automatically.

🌎 Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, we're unable to ship there this season. Not sure? Email us at shopsunguard@proton.me before ordering.

💸 Shipping costs and import fees
✅ Shipping is free in the United States. Shipping to Canada, the UK and Switzerland is calculated at checkout. All taxes and import duties are included in your order total, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

📦 Lost or delayed packages
If your order is delayed or lost in transit, email us at shopsunguard@proton.me with your order number. We'll contact the carrier on your behalf, and if the package can't be found we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

✏️ Changing your address
You can update your shipping address free of charge any time before your order ships. Email us with your order number and the new address.
